I've been buying my tires at Salinas for many years. I last bought 4 tires two years ago, but I don't drive that much anymore so had only put 19,000 miles on them during those two years. However I picked up a big metal shard in one tire last week and had AAA come out to change it. He told me the tire would not be able to be repaired, that I would need a new one. So I headed to Salinas to buy a new tire, but they told me they thought it could be fixed, and even though they were really busy they got on it right away. Within 20 minutes they had repaired the tire, switched it back out with my spare, and put my spare back under my Jeep. When I went in to pay I showed them my receipt that I had bought the tires here, and the young man told me "no charge". I am so impressed with how responsive, fast and polite they all were. This is why I will always buy my tires here!
